3. What services are included with SecureMX Mail Hosting?

All SecureMX Mail Hosting accounts include POP3, IMAP, Webmail, and SMTP-AUTH.

4. What support options are available with SecureMX Mail Hosting?

Business hours telephone support and 24x7 email support is included with all SecureMX Mail Hosting accounts. Gold support including 24x7 telephone support is also available, please contact sales@smx.co.nz for more information.

5. How do I get support on my SecureMX Mail Hosting account?

6. I have a gold support agreement with SMX, how do I get support after business hours?

7. What is SSL?

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and is a standard used to encrypt data between hosts on the Internet. It is commonly used to provide secure access to websites but can be used to secure almost any type of data, including the transmission of email. Because SSL is a standard no special software is required to use a service that is encrypted with SSL, your current mail client and/or web browser will work fine with any of our services.

8. How do I setup my mail client?

If you are a SMX hosted customer or are in the process of becoming a hosted customer with SMX, then you will need to configure the below email settings in your preferred mail client.
